Engagement path
How an operations management engagement runs
This page is the client path: from first message to transferred ownership. It is the same path for a Diagnostic Sprint or a longer architecture engagement; only the depth of each station changes.

1. Initial contact
You write through the contact form or to info@frostresultuconnct.my. A useful note names the process, the symptom (wait, rework, dropped handover, unclear owner), and who feels it. We do not require a long brief.
You receive a reply to the address you provided. If the request is outside operations management — for example software build, legal advice, or training entertainment — we will say so plainly.
-
2. Discovery
A short conversation tests fit: is there a bounded process, access to the people who run it, and a sponsor who can name owners later? We also confirm whether work should be on-site in Chișinău, remote, or mixed.
Discovery is not billed as a full diagnostic. Its job is to decide whether a written proposal is honest.
-
3. Preparation
If we proceed, you receive a written scope: service, process boundary, participants, calendar, deliverables, and fee. Work starts only after that document is agreed.
You nominate an internal counterpart. We request a small evidence pack: a handful of recent cases, the artefacts people already use, and a list of teams that touch the path.
-
4. Workflow
The working rhythm is evidence first, then shared language, then design. Interviews are scheduled around live operations. Working sessions test maps with operators, not only with sponsors.
You will see drafts while they are still draft. Silent months followed by a surprise document are not how this practice works.
-
5. Delivery
Delivery is the transfer of artefacts and ownership: current or target maps, decision catalogues, handover standards, sequence, or performance definitions — according to the commissioned service. A close session walks the sponsor and owners through what they now hold.
-
6. Communication
During the engagement we use a single written channel agreed at kickoff, plus scheduled sessions. We do not create parallel chat theatres. Status is a short note on what was evidenced, what is open, and what happens next.
Confidential operational detail stays within the named participants. Public pages on this website never describe a client’s private process.
-
7. Next steps
After delivery, you may stop, install governance cadence, or commission the next service in the sequence (for example diagnostic into architecture, architecture into transition). There is no automatic retainer. Any continuation is a new written scope.
Read the commercial offer for engagement shapes, or return to services if you need the content of each brief.
